- What counts as an event?
- A pageview or custom event. If your script, your server and your CDN all report the same page hit, that is one event, not three. Bot and crawler hits count too, because they are reported rather than thrown away.
- What happens when I go over?
- Nothing dramatic. Events are accepted until the quota is reached; for the rest of the month new events are not stored. Your dashboard keeps working, nothing is deleted, and you get an alert well before that.
- Do I need a cookie banner?
- Not for our script. It sets no cookies, uses no storage and does not fingerprint visitors. The privacy page lists exactly what is stored; decide with your own counsel.
- Is there a trial for Pro?
- The free plan is the trial: every feature, every source, 100,000 events. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
- How is billing handled during the beta?
- During the private beta plans are set by hand and invoiced manually. Card billing arrives with the public launch; the prices above are what it will be.
